If you know you want the Dance Doctors to provide DJ or other services for your event, but are unsure of the final details, date or budget, don’t worry!  You can use this Retainer Agreement form to hold space with us and we will work with you to create an unforgettable event.

All final details, costs, terms & conditions are part of a contract for services, to be mutually agreed upon and authorized by you and will be completed at a later date.
